I have over 20 years of experience integrating biotechnology, precision medicine, and business management. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, a PhD in Biological Chemistry, a Postdoctoral degree in Biotechnology, and an MBA—allowing me to build a career that combines scientific rigor, strategic vision, and business leadership. I was a CONICET researcher until 2018, as well as a university professor, mentor, and science communicator.
Throughout my career, I have navigated the complexities of launching innovative treatments, driving projects in oncology, rare diseases, and advanced diagnostics, and promoting alliances that strengthen a more sustainable and equitable healthcare ecosystem. With a unique combination of scientific knowledge and business insight, I led pre-launch and launch stages, designed innovative commercial strategies, and promoted the adoption of personalized healthcare solutions—advancing both diagnostics and cutting-edge therapies across Latin America.
My experience in business unit management, commercial strategy, and medical affairs enables me to connect scientific advancements with strategic execution, generating real and sustainable transformations. I am passionate about driving innovation focused on measurable outcomes, strengthening health systems, and ensuring patients access the solutions they need.

I have more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare ecosystem, integrating medical technology and project management. I am a Bioengineer with an MBA and a specialization in Healthcare Physical Resource Planning (Faculty of Architecture, UBA). My focus on innovation and efficiency in healthcare led me to obtain certifications in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and, more recently, in Artificial Intelligence applied to healthcare.
This technical and strategic background allowed me to gain experience across different areas of the healthcare ecosystem. In hospital environments, I collaborated with architects in the design of critical areas, contributed an integrated view of technology, implemented clinical engineering programs, advised on equipment acquisition projects, and participated in designing operational processes.
I have also held leadership positions in multinational corporations, where I led multicultural teams and designed strategies for diverse medical therapies. My responsibilities included portfolio lifecycle management, technology introduction, market development, pricing strategy, investment budgeting, customer experience (CX) initiatives, and innovation projects.
Throughout my career, I have focused on talent management and leadership development, promoting high-performance teams and actively participating in mentoring and coaching programs.
